Florist Lin Xia suddenly receives a relic from her late mother—a bunch of blue irises marked "deadly," with an old key hidden in the stem. Following the clue, she finds the old villa where her mother used to recuperate, only to meet Gu Shen, a mysterious man wearing an iris brooch, who repeatedly warns her, "Stay away from this flower." Lin Xia discovers that her mother's "accidental death" is linked to a medical experiment accident a decade ago, and Gu Shen is the son of one of the victims. As they join forces to investigate the truth, dangers come one after another: the flower shop is vandalized, blood-stained irises are sent, and she's followed at night... What breaks Lin Xia even more is that Gu Shen's real purpose in approaching her is related to the "iris secret" her mother hid—the flower holds evidence that can destroy everyone.
