28-year-old Lin Xiaoman is the most “unorthodox” feng shui master in the industry—while others exorcise ghosts with talismans and chants, she uses a peach wood sword and kickboxing. One day, she takes a commission from a wealthy family to deal with a “red-clothed evil ghost” in their villa. But when she pins the ghost against the wall, she realizes it’s Su Tang, her best friend who’s been missing for three years. It turns out Su Tang was killed for holding evidence of the family’s tax evasion, her resentment lingering as a ghost. Torn between her desire to avenge her friend and the million-yuan commission from the wealthy family, Lin Xiaoman’s peach wood sword hesitates for the first time—this time, who is she really “beating up”: the wronged ghost, or the evildoers hiding behind money?
