Lin Xiaoman, a burnt-out office worker, quits her job to return to the village for healing through farming. When she plants potatoes, she digs up an "ancient man" in coarse cloth—thinking it's a cosplay prank—until she sows her grandfather's herb seeds and actually unearths Hua Tuo and Bian Que! It turns out her vegetable plot hides a time rift linking to ancient physicians who accidentally slipped into the modern world. Hua Tuo chases electric bikes yelling "fine steed," Bian Que snatches phones to "diagnose via thread and check medical records." Xiaoman is forced to be their "modern life coach" while fighting a developer who wants to bulldoze her plot. She must guard the healers' "way home" and handle their chaotic mishaps. Amidst laughter and twists, she rediscovers the warmth of life in everyday hustle.
