Lin Xiaotang, a 2023 workaholic, dies from overwork and wakes up as a 1985 rural girl—her home is empty, her dad is bedridden, and her brother is about to be taken to pay debts! She binds the "Post-80s Counterattack System" in crisis, tasked with earning 1000 yuan (her first pot of gold) and lifting her family out of poverty. Using modern marketing, she makes homemade sour jujube cakes a hit, repairs old TVs to open a "mini video hall," and even helps Gu Jingchuan, a neighboring veteran, turn unsold bamboo crafts into "village bestsellers." Gu Jingchuan seems cold but secretly protects her from bullies and brings herbs for her dad. They go from bickering foes to business partners, with sweet and funny moments. Watch how this poor girl uses the system to counterattack in the 1980s—and accidentally wins the heart of a soldier!
