Gu Shen, the "strongest hermit healer" who has lived in seclusion for twenty years, descends the mountain for the first time to fulfill his master's last wish of healing others. He encounters Shi Ning, a beautiful CEO, fainting from severe cold uterus pain on a street corner. With just one needle, he relieves Shi Ning's ten-year chronic illness but leaves immediately to avoid exposure. However, after waking up, Shi Ning mobilizes her entire company—even the whole city—to find him, using the residual medicine scent on her sleeve and surveillance footage. She wants not only to repay the life-saving grace but also to find this "man with divine medical skills who's hiding from her." Gu Shen tries to stay incognito in an old alley clinic, but Shi Ning's pursuit grows intense: sending secretaries to stake out the clinic, hanging huge search posters, and even waiting for him at the alley entrance. When cornered, Shi Ning says with red eyes, "You saved me—don't even think about running away!"
