Petite nurse intern Lin Xiaoman secretly adjusts IV poles on tiptoe to catch the eye of Dr. Zhou, the 6'2" orthopedic surgeon she crushes on. When he discovers his 'mystery pole adjuster' is actually the girl stealing restricted meds at midnight, their budding romance shatters.
