Shen Zhixia, a talented but neglected concubine in Qingning Palace, accidentally forms a "layflat BFF group" with Li Guiren, a straightforward general's daughter, and Su Mutang, a gentle doctor hiding in the imperial hospital. They just want to stay low-key and survive in the harem, but are targeted by the arrogant Concubine Hua—framed for witchcraft, tricked into endangering Li's family, and attacked for Su's pharmacy. The three, who usually fear trouble even in palace battles, are forced to "unite and fight back": using poetry to expose Hua's fake elegance, leveraging the general's old troops to reveal the frame-up, and using medical skills to grasp Hua's hidden illness. The once-invisible BFFs become the most "untouchable" group in the harem, even the emperor secretly ships their friendship!
