Lin Wan, stuck in a career slump, just had a fight with her mom when she bumps into a cute kid with pigtails at home—the little girl holds a sign that says "Top-tier Lucky Star" and claims to help her "clear life's challenges". Lin Wan thinks she's a neighbor's kid, but then the kid seems to have superpowers: she helps Lin Wan deal with a picky client, resolves her ten-year misunderstanding with her mom, and even the difficult property manager downstairs becomes nice. But when Lin Wan tries to thank the kid's parents, she finds out the kid isn't from the neighborhood—where did she come from? And why does she insist on helping Lin Wan?
