Lin Wan, a cultural relic restorer, tracks down a fragment of her family's lost Song Dynasty Ding Kiln porcelain—once missing when her father disappeared—held by overseas collector Gu Huai. Working together on restoration, they go from constant bickering to falling in love: Gu's tenderness melts Lin's defenses, while Lin's persistence makes Gu re-examine his family's collection origins. But when the porcelain is fully reassembled, the character "Wan" at the bottom reveals a cruel truth: the "ownerless" porcelain Gu's grandfather bought was exactly the relic stolen from Lin's father years ago.
