A post-apocalyptic blizzard traps a boarding school. Lin Xiaoman (16) and her 6-year-old brother find an old star-patterned sandpit in a storage room—surprisingly, the sand can materialize small-scale environments! They use it to make heaters for frostbitten classmates and a sand path to the snow-buried canteen, but are accused of “bringing disasters”.
