Five years ago, Su Xiao caught her boyfriend Lin Chuan holding hands with a strange woman. Believing she’d been betrayed, she smashed their engagement sugar霜 jar and fled abroad. Returning home five years later, she stumbles into a dessert shop called “Sugar Frost Memories” — the owner is Lin Chuan. He still keeps the broken pieces of that sugar jar and a drawer full of un_sent letters. When Su Xiao learns the “strange woman” was Lin Chuan’s seriously ill sister, and he stayed silent to avoid burdening her, all misunderstandings melt like sugar frost. The missed time finally glues back together in the sweet scent of them making sugar frost cake together.
