Thirty-year-old female CEO Lin Wanning has closed her heart since her mother's disappearance in childhood. One late night after overtime, she witnesses a beggar grandmother being hit by a drunk driver—the old woman clutches a moldy steamed bun, with a yellowed missing person notice in her pocket, the photo being young Lin. Lin spares no effort to send her to the ICU, only to hear the old woman weakly call her childhood name "Little Orange" when she wakes up—a name only her real mom knows. When the old woman takes out a silver lock hidden for 20 years, engraved with "Wanning's Hundred Years" that perfectly matches the half-piece around Lin's neck, she realizes the "stranger" she saved is actually her mom—who was abducted by human traffickers while searching for her and has been wandering for half her life.
