Urban planner Lin Xiao, frustrated at work, often sneaks to the company rooftop to blow off steam. A mysterious person always hands her a repaired umbrella, hot coffee or considerate tips when the wind blows. Curious, she tracks him down and finds he is Lu Yu, a new architect in the same company who leads the riverside project she's coordinating. Lin once mumbled about wanting a terrace to hold her trivial emotions in the wind, so Lu secretly integrates this detail into the design. Their bond through the wind breaks the barrier between senior planner and new designer. Finally, by the riverside before the typhoon, Lu confesses with the fresh design blueprint: love is indeed hidden in every perfect gust of wind.
