Su Wan and Gu Zhao were college sweethearts. Seven years ago, Gu Zhao, diagnosed with a serious illness, left only a note saying "don't wait for me" to avoid burdening her. Now, on the eve of her wedding to a wealthy heir, Su Wan returns to the old pier where they once promised to "walk to the end of dusk"—and finds Gu Zhao there, clutching their old couple bracelet. He's recovered, but she's about to marry someone else. As the sun dips toward the sea, their eyes meet over years of regret and present duties: Will their love stop at the edge of dusk, or take one more step forward?
