Contractor Zhou Lei leads a team to forcibly demolish street-side illegal structures. He encounters stall owner Zhang Guilan, who stubbornly refuses to move. She threatens, "Force me to demolish? Don't cry when I flood you!" Zhou Lei dismisses her words as angry rant, but wakes up to find his camp ankle-deep in water overnight. It turns out Zhang had secretly connected her shop's old drainage pipe to divert all street rainwater to the demolition team's camp. An absurd tug-of-war between demolition and anti-demolition has begun, and the outcome is anyone's guess.
