Top PR specialist Ruan Ning has quelled countless scandals with her "sharp tongue," but when she takes on the public opinion crisis of the mysterious restaurant "Flame," she meets its owner Cheng Yan—the boy whose family was destroyed by her "false testimony" years ago. Every "flame dish" of Cheng Yan’s holds a vengeful hint: the burnt crust of crème brûlée is "the hard shell of your lies back then," and the heat of flame-grilled shrimp is "my suffering all these years." Yet his approach is contradictory: he’ll leave a warm cup of honey water on her desk silently, and press her into his arms when she’s surrounded by trolls, saying "Only I can touch my prey." As Ruan Ning guards against his "revenge scheme," she discovers the truth was a setup by her best friend—she was the "pawn" all along. And Cheng Yan’s "revenge" is just an excuse: "I’ve looked for you for ten years, just to tell you the lie wasn’t your fault." When the "lies on the lips" clash with the "flame in the heart," will they burn through the fog or be consumed by secrets?
