Lin Mo, a low-key wealthy businessman, secretly supports his girlfriend Awen’s stardom dream as her anonymous landlord, offering three years of rent-free housing. But Awen mocks him in Cantonese as "cheap and freeloading" for his plain clothes and shows off a fake luxury lucky cat. Fed up, Lin Mo reveals his identity: he is the real landlord, takes back the three years of rent, asks Awen to return all expenses, and smashes the fake lucky cat. Her snobbishness is exposed, leaving her embarrassed while Lin Mo’s counterattack shocks the onlooking agent.
