Lin Yangyang, born in winter, is cold and distant, feeling only endless coldness in life; Su Xiaotang, born in summer, is sweet and cheerful, living every day like a cup of honeyed syrup. By accident, Su picks up Lin’s lost old notebook filled with lines like “Winter sun warms the heart”. Curious, she tracks Lin down, and two totally different people meet. Lin is touched by her warmth that breaks his frozen heart, while Su finds he has been keeping the fruit candy wrapper she lost to her classmates in her teens. It turns out fate has already tied the “sun” and “sugar” together.
