Lin Chuan, an intern at a third-rate hospital, accidentally binds with the "Handless Medical Sage" system during a rescue—his left hand can see through illnesses and use ancient immortal healing arts, but with a hilarious catch: every time he uses his power, it uncontrollably does a peace sign or tugs at patients' hair! Targeted by the hospital director and dismissed as a "reckless intern" by his crush Su Wanqing, he solves intractable cases (like vegetative patients and paralyzed elders) with the system only to be called a "charlatan". Until Su Wanqing falls gravely ill with a rare disease—he saves her with his power, revealing a secret: he’s the reincarnation of an ancient medical sage, and his "broken hand" is the seal of his inheritance! Follow this underdog as he counterattacks with a "mischievous left hand", gaining sweet love from doubt, blending humor, romance, and immortal mystery.
