Lin Xiaoman and Shen Tang are ten-year besties and die-hard fans of the historical romance drama *Dark Flame*—their biggest regret is the villain Li Jingxing, who’s both affectionate and tragic, yet used as a stepping stone by the female lead and killed. One night, while complaining, “I wish we could transmigrate to seduce him and change his fate,” they suddenly end up in the drama—as the “vicious supporting actress” and “sidekick” tasked with framing Li Jingxing! Xiaoman follows the “strategy script” by delivering pastries and blocking swords, but Li Jingxing refuses to play along: he either gives pastries to subordinates or catches her with a cold face, saying, “Act more real next time.” Shen Tang, meanwhile, becomes a “happy enemy” with Gu Chuan, Li Jingxing’s right-hand man, and always covers for Xiaoman. As the original plot’s “death node” approaches, Xiaoman discovers Li Jingxing has long known they’re not “original”—and even hides unacknowledged feelings… She suddenly panics: should she finish “seducing the villain,” or fight to stop his death?
