Independent designer Nan Ci takes a part-time job at a second-hand shop to avoid trouble after her startup fails. She unexpectedly meets her ex-boyfriend Hu Bu Gui who broke up with her cruelly five years ago to study abroad. Now he comes back to "make amends" and interferes wildly in her life. Nan Ci struggles with her lingering flutters while secretly investigating the truth behind that breakup—there's a plot by another person behind the so-called "abandonment".
