Sheng Qiao, a rebellious heiress of the Sheng family, is sent to a remote mountain village by her grandfather to mend her ways. New here, she can't even start a fire, crying daily to return to the bustling city and even secretly saves money to escape. Intending to just get through the days and leave, she unexpectedly helps the village sell their unsalable potatoes to the city. Watching villagers beam with joy holding the payment, her heart gradually changes. When her grandfather sends someone to pick her back to the wealthy mansion, Sheng Qiao stares at endless potato fields and develops an attachment to this unfamiliar land and simple villagers—she doesn't want to leave anymore.
