It's rumored that Ling Che, the abandoned disciple of Xuanjian Sect, has been accused of wiping out his entire sect and has been hunted as a traitor for three years. On the verge of death, he accidentally awakens an ancient heaven-defying skill, which not only brings hope to clear his name but also conceals power to subvert the entire martial arts world. To uncover the truth and reclaim what he lost, Ling Che lurks in the streets, uniting oppressed disciples and grassroots warriors against Xuanjian Sect, outwitting enemies step by step. When he returns to the top of the martial arts world as an 'abandoned child', he is shocked to find the old massacre is linked to the legendary 'Heaven Chess Game'—the whole martial world is a manipulated drama. Only by defying the heavens can he break the fate and rewrite his destiny.
