Su Xiaotang, an intern entertainment editor, rents a cheap apartment to save money, only to uncover top idol Lu Xingyao's "retirement plan"—he's hiding in this "vacant room" to escape media pressure. When sasaeng fans besiege them and Lu's "retirement news" leaks, they go from "hiding from each other" to "fighting together". Xiaotang not only helps Lu rediscover his passion for the stage but also rises from an "invisible intern" to a golden planner.
