Tan Xiaofan is the most stubborn trainee lawyer in Hong Kong. To seek justice for her best friend scammed by a playboy, she crashed a wealthy party and accidentally ruined the custom suit of Wang Huilong—the "Crown Prince of Hong Kong," a powerful business heir. Expecting retaliation, she was shocked when Wang showed up at her company with her favorite iced Americano the next day, grinning: "You said 'don't you dare run' yesterday—I'm here to keep my 'on call' promise." Since then, Rolls-Royces lined the alley of her rental apartment, Michelin lunches arrived on time, and even the "old fox" opponent in court suddenly withdrew the lawsuit—The Crown Prince's "pampering mode" stunned the city. But only Wang knows that the little girl who saved him from bullies and gave him a candy ten years ago has long been his "must-protect person"; while Tan doesn't know the "neighbor aunt" she's working to save is exactly Wang's bedridden mother. A mutual secret guardianship starts with "on call," slowly unraveling their ten-year-old hidden feelings.
