A young, newly-arrived factory manager is sent to rescue a decades-old plant mired in losses. On his first day, he dismisses a 20-year veteran who barely grasps basic production—widely known as a “connections hire” and the former director’s “right-hand man.” This sparks immediate uproar: some call him cruel, others secretly hope for changes, while loyalists of the former director plot against him. No one knows his first move targets the plant’s most hidden “corrupt element,” as he seeks the truth behind the factory’s embezzlement.
