Socially anxious Zhong Yingling gives up her design dream to keep her grandma’s “Chunxin Flower Shop”, until Xiang Shuai—a sharp-suited “cold-blooded operator” sent to acquire the street—crashes into her hydrangea stand. This man in a suit actually holds up a glass marble from her grandma and says: “I’ve been looking for you for ten years.” It turns out, ten years ago, abandoned Xiang Shuai took shelter in the shop, and grandma warmed him with a bowl of osmanthus tangyuan; Yingling’s anxiety comes from her design being plagiarized by a best friend, making her afraid to touch a paintbrush again. As the acquisition deadline approaches, Xiang Shuai secretly changes the plan, and Yingling draws the “Chunxin” series with his encouragement—but then, the developer’s boss appears, pointing at Yingling and shouting: “We haven’t settled your plagiarism debt!” The fate of the shop and their secrets are hidden in the morning dewy hydrangeas, waiting for the sun to reveal them.
