Elite lawyer Su Wan’s mother, a nurse at "Fukang Nursing Home," died in a suspicious "suicide." Discovering clues her mother left about the nursing home’s dark secrets, Su disguises herself as an Alzheimer’s patient to investigate. She meets Gu Yan, CEO of a tech company, who’s also pretending to be elderly—his grandfather went missing here. From mutual sabotage to a "contract marriage" pact: they pose as an elderly couple to gain trust, uncovering the director’s crimes—using elderly people for fake drug trials and murdering whistleblowers (including Su’s mother). When the director tries to destroy evidence, Su uses her legal expertise to confront him, while Gu leaks drone footage of the trials. Finally, the villains are brought to justice, and the "contract elderly couple" turns their fake relationship into real love.
