Greedy grain merchants hoarded supplies to inflate prices, pushing civilians to the brink of collapse. One day, a glowing meteorite crashed into Qingniu Village, and a chubby little Taotie cub emerged from the crater. At first, villagers feared the cub's enormous appetite, but they soon learned that feeding it a small portion of coarse grain would produce twice as much food. The cub became the village's only lifeline, but it also caught the attention of greedy local tyrants and corrupt officials. Teenager Ashi took the little Taotie and fled to protect it, sparking a dangerous conflict over the endless food source.
