Lin Xiaoman, an overworked office rookie, gets trapped in an infinite loop after an overtime shift—repeating the same “miserable day” of being yelled at by her snarky boss Lu Jingshen, blocking coffee spills, and working late. At first, she fights back, only to discover Lu’s hidden softness: he yells to protect her from taking the blame, secretly fixes her computer, and helps her find a new apartment. She decides to use the loop to guard him: stopping client harassment, retrieving his late mother’s relic, and peeling away his “tough exterior.” As their bickering turns to mutual protection, when will the loop end?
