Su Wan, a star orbit engineer, has been repairing the galaxy's navigation route for a decade since her father's disappearance. One day, she receives a "stellar coordinate betrothal gift"—the exact star map her father used to propose to her mother. Tracing the clues, she finds Gu Huai, the youngest captain of the Federal Starship, only to learn he's the "responsible party" for her father's disappearance. As they work side by side to fix the route in the meteor belt, they unravel the truth: her father vanished to protect the "Star Core" hidden in the orbit, and Gu Huai's "supervision" was actually to guard her on her father's behalf. When the final orbit forms her father's proposal pattern, Gu Huai takes out a stardust ring: "Once he used the Milky Way to promise her a lifetime. Now I use the same Milky Way to ask you to be my starship bride."
