Lu Chengyu, a collector searching for rare inkstones, tracks her down. They bond over the inkstone but grow suspicious of each other: Lu’s grandfather was entangled in a fraud case with Su’s ancestor, leaving his family with a stigma. When a lost feather pendant surfaces, the truth emerges—Su’s ancestor was framed, the inkstone holding testimony. As time passes, they resolve their families’ past grudges and understand the time and affection hidden in the inkstone.
