Thirty-year-old working mom Lin Wan stays late every day to hit work targets, then rushes home to soothe a fussy toddler, deal with her absent, hands-off husband and judgmental in-laws. All her hard work is taken for granted. After being scorned "you can’t even take care of a kid properly" one late night, she finally snaps, drops the feeding bottle, says "I’m not being this mom anymore" and heads to her parents’ home. Her husband and in-laws are thrown into total chaos when the house falls apart, and Lin Wan starts to reexamine her marriage and life value during her time away, kicking off an awakening about her identity as a mother.
