Su Wan, a modern icy forensic doctor, wakes up as the most miserable coroner in the Great Yong Dynasty. Before she can even grip her autopsy knife, she's bound to the "Warm-Up System"—fail the "one warm act a day" task and she'll get zapped until she jumps! Worse, she offends Chu Heng, the sarcastic and傲娇 Prince of Zhenbei, who calls her "colder than a corpse" but keeps lingering to use her modern forensic skills to solve bizarre cases: the drowned bride faked death to escape marriage, the arsonist was the victim himself... When the cold coroner is forced to learn to coo, and the prince secretly swaps her ice silk gloves for a hand warmer, their bickering by the autopsy table slowly warms into something more—but no one notices that the truth of Su Wan's time travel is hidden in the blood-stained "Coroner's Record" in the prince's study...
