A modern girl accidentally travels back to the 1970s and becomes the younger sister-in-law of an unfamiliar man. Living with her sister-in-law who holds a grudge against her, and facing her stingy mother-in-law's strict control as well as villagers' greedy peeking, the two sisters-in-law come up with a bold plan: they stage a huge public quarrel, using it as a cover to secretly eat their treasured fine grains. The two husbands, who originally want to be onlookers, get dragged into the drama and become their accomplices. The originally strict mother-in-law unexpectedly turns protective after watching their "quarrel play". The whole village waits eagerly to see them split up, unaware of the clever survival trick the two sisters-in-law are hiding.
