Lin Wan, the youngest top designer at Jiangshan Group, is framed by her ex-boyfriend (and boss), losing her job overnight, shouldering a million-yuan debt, and even her late mother’s old house is up for auction. Desperate, she meets Gu Shen, a "self-taught" designer who’s actually the missing heir of Jiangshan Group—hiding for three years to investigate his father’s death. To clear her name, Lin joins Gu’s studio. From bickering to teaming up, they uncover the truth: Gu’s father’s death and Lin’s mother’s fall were plots by Gu’s uncle to seize Jiangshan. When Lin uses her designs to help Gu reclaim the group, she realizes: her "chasing mountains and seas" is guarding her architectural初心, while Gu’s "hiding" was just waiting for someone to "protect the jiangshan and chase romance" with him.
